05. Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer referenced here.
Pursuant to § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

06. Regional sales

This website presents a book co-authored by Prof. Bhuleshwar Mate and Kaushambi Mate. Orders are fulfilled by different parties depending on the buyer’s region:

• Europe & international — the contracting party and seller is Kaushambi Mate (details above).
• India — orders are sold and invoiced by Envisionar Design Atelier, Nagpur. See the India Legal page.

07. Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement becomes known. Upon notification of corresponding infringements, we will remove such content promptly.

This website may contain links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content.
