The store offers the book Vernacular Branding: Reading Identity through Design and Visibility together with printed products including A1, A2 and A3 posters, A5 postcards and stickers. All text, photographs, artwork and design featured in the book and the products are the intellectual property of the authors and rights holders and may not be reproduced or exploited without written permission.

04. Disclaimer

The store and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable care is taken to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, errors may occur, and the Seller reserves the right to correct them and to cancel an affected order with a full refund. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store.

05. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from purchases made within India are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

06. Buyers outside India

The India store ships within India only. Customers in Europe and other international destinations should use the Buy in Germany route, which is operated separately from Germany.
